Your ZANA Network email account is your main method of communication to other members. From saving messages and addresses to reporting spam, we address your questions to help you utilize and manage all of your email features.
1. Can I use my ZANA email account outside of the ZANA network?
No, your ZANA email account can only be used within the ZANA network with other members. The email environment was setup in this manner to protect your privacy, ensuring that you only receive email messages from other ZANA members.
2. How do I gain access to my ZANA email account?
You can access your ZANA email account by following these steps:
A. Go to www.zananetwork.com B. Login to your account. C. Click on My Profile D. Under My Mail on the left side of the screen, select Inbox. E. From this screen, you can write, read and delete email messages.
3. How do I report spam and other unwanted messages to ZANA Network?
A. Go to www.zananetwork.comB. Login to your account.C. Click on My ProfileD. Under My Mail on the left side of the screen, select Inbox.E. Select the unwanted email message and click on either Report Spam or Report Abuse buttons at the top of the page.
4. What do I do if I delete an email message by mistake?
If you delete an email message by mistake, you can recover the message by following these steps:
A. Click on the Trash folder on the left side of your Inbox page under the My Mail section. B. Place a checkmark next to the message that you want to recover. C. Click on the Recover box and the message will be returned to your Inbox.
5. If I send an email message by mistake, can I recall the message without the receiver seeing my email message?
Once you send an email message, it will be sent to the receiver immediately. You cannot recall the message.
6. How can I save a message in my Inbox?
Click Save at the bottom of the screen. Your message will be stored in the Saved folder on the left side. You can also access the messages sent out from your email account by clicking on the Sent folder on the left side.
7. How can I save a sender’s email address in my address book?
Click on Add to Address Book at the bottom of the screen. You will have the receiver’s email address saved in your address book.
8. Can I use Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Entourage or other email clients to check my ZANA email account?
No, you cannot use other email clients to check your ZANA email. Your ZANA email account operates within ZANA’s closed network of members. This is to ensure the highest level of service and security within our network.
