Go to registration page and fill out the User Registration Information: 

A. First Name
B. Last Name
C. Gender
D. Title
E. Email Address
F. Phone Number
G. Zip/Postal Code
H. User Name (select a user name, minimum of 4 characters)
I. Password (Your password must be at least 6 characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number. Select a password that only you would know, not something that others would know such as your birth date or wedding anniversary.)
J. Confirm your password (type the password you selected again exactly as you entered it previously)
K. Security Question (select a security question from the drop-down list, i.e. mother's maiden name, high school mascot, favorite color or favorite pet's name)
L. Answer to Security Question (provide an answer to the security question you selected in the previous field)
M. Promotional Code (optional)
N. Pick Subscription Type (buyer or seller)
O. Fill in the type of Subscription Pricing from the drop-down list
P. Check the box to join our monthly newsletter (check this box to receive interesting articles, updates on new products and services and other news pertinent to small and medium enterprises)
Q. Verification (type in the letters and/or numbers that you see in the gray box)
R. I agree to ZANA Network's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (check this box to state that you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for ZANA Network)
S. Click the Sign-Up button at the bottom of the screen

Make sure you fill in information that is denoted with a red asterisk as these are required fields of information and necessary for you to become a ZANA member.

If you forget your user name, this information can be sent to you. Send an email to ZANA Network's Member Support team at help@zananetwork.com asking for your user name information and you will receive an email containing your user name.

If you forget your password, follow these steps to have your password information sent to you in an email message:

a. Go to http://www.zananetwork.com/
b. Click on Login at the top of the screen
c. Click on Forgot your password?
d. Enter your User Name.
e. Click the Submit button.
f. Enter the Answer to Security Question that you selected when you signed up as a ZANA member.
g. Click the Submit button.
h. Our system will send you an email with your password information. ZANA's Member Support team does not have access to your password information for security reasons, which is why an automated email is sent to your email address, bypassing ZANA staff.

If you have forgotten both your user name and password, send an email to ZANA's Member Support team at help@zananetwork.com and your user name information will be emailed to you. Once you have your user name, perform the following steps to have your password information emailed to you:

a. Go to http://www.zananetwork.com/
b. Click on Login at the top of the screen
c. Enter your User Name
d. Click on Forgot your password?
e. Enter your User Name.
f. Click the Submit button.
g. Enter the Answer to Security Question that you selected when you signed up as a ZANA member.
h. Click the Submit button.
i. Our system will send you an email with your password information included in the email. ZANA's Member Support team does not have access to your password information for security reasons, which is why an automated email is sent to your email address, bypassing ZANA staff.

You can change your username by completing the following steps:

a. Go to http://www.zananetwork.com/
b. Login to your account.
c. On the left side of the screen, select Membership Information.
d. The User Registration Information page will be on your screen.
e. Go to the Login Information section and enter in your New User Name.
f. Click the Change User Name button.

You can change your password by completing the following steps:

a. Go to http://www.zananetwork.com/
b. Login to your account.
c. Click on My Profile (located at the top of the page).
d. On the left side of the screen, select Membership Information
e. The User Registration Information page will be on your screen.
f. Go to the Login Information section and enter in your old password and then enter in your new password. You must confirm your new password by typing the new password again in the space provided.
g. Click on the Change Password button.

Reminder: Your password must be at least 6 characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number (for example Password77).

You can change your security question by completing the following steps:

a. Go to http://www.zananetwork.com/
b. Login to your account.
c. Click on My Profile (located at the top of the page)
d. On the left side of the screen, select Membership Information
e. The User Registration Information page will be on your screen.
f. Go to the Security Question section.
g. Key in your password.

Select your question from the Security Question drop-down list.

a. Key in Answer to the Security Question you selected.
b. Click on Change Security Question and Answer button at the bottom of the screen.
