If you forget your user name, this information can be sent to you. Send an email to ZANA Network's Member Support team at help@zananetwork.com asking for your user name information and you will receive an email containing your user name.
If you forget your password, follow these steps to have your password information sent to you in an email message:
a. Go to http://www.zananetwork.com/
b. Click on Login at the top of the screen
c. Click on Forgot your password?
d. Enter your User Name.
e. Click the Submit button.
f. Enter the Answer to Security Question that you selected when you signed up as a ZANA member.
g. Click the Submit button.
h. Our system will send you an email with your password information. ZANA's Member Support team does not have access to your password information for security reasons, which is why an automated email is sent to your email address, bypassing ZANA staff.
If you have forgotten both your user name and password, send an email to ZANA's Member Support team at help@zananetwork.com and your user name information will be emailed to you. Once you have your user name, perform the following steps to have your password information emailed to you:
