4. What do I do if I delete an email message by mistake?

If you delete an email message by mistake, you can recover the message by following these steps:

A. Click on the Trash folder on the left side of your Inbox page under the My Mail section.
B. Place a checkmark next to the message that you want to recover.
C. Click on the Recover box and the message will be returned to your Inbox.
