You can change your username by completing the following steps:

a. Go to http://www.zananetwork.com/
b. Login to your account.
c. On the left side of the screen, select Membership Information.
d. The User Registration Information page will be on your screen.
e. Go to the Login Information section and enter in your New User Name.
f. Click the Change User Name button.

You can change your password by completing the following steps:

a. Go to http://www.zananetwork.com/
b. Login to your account.
c. Click on My Profile (located at the top of the page).
d. On the left side of the screen, select Membership Information
e. The User Registration Information page will be on your screen.
f. Go to the Login Information section and enter in your old password and then enter in your new password. You must confirm your new password by typing the new password again in the space provided.
g. Click on the Change Password button.

Reminder: Your password must be at least 6 characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number (for example Password77).
