Company Description
The purpose of the company description section is to provide a high level view of how the different elements of your business fit together. ("High level" means that you should not go in to excruciating detail.) Include information about the nature of your business, and list the primary factors you believe will make your business a success.
Defining the nature of your business means listing the marketplace needs alongside the ways in which your business's products or services will satisfy these needs. Describe the specific individuals and organizations your business will serve in this way.
Primary factors in the success of your business might include a superior ability to satisfy your customers' needs, highly efficient methods of delivering your product or service, outstanding personnel, or a key location. Each of these would give your business a competitive advantage.
