Day-to-Day Managing
As any small business owner knows, there are so many tasks and issues to complete within the space of a work day that there is little time to review our personal scorecards. It would be wonderful to take the time each day to reflect on what we did well and where we could improve. Unfortunately, being able to measure effectiveness and efficiency in all aspects of the business is a luxury not afforded to a small business owner.

Although some of these sections may seem to be elementary, creating a business structure is challenging if you've never done it before.
